I asked a waiter one time what the best plate was and he brought me that. 

Best thing is their steamed rice is very good and their fried rice is not overly grossly fried.  The best chinese in hattown hands down.

Was super worried that this was a health code violation fyi, but thank god it was just further validation of our taste in chinese cuisine!

heard this place was the best, is it really? never been. do they have better than the #25 (gen tsao) at chef?

NOTHING IS BETTER THAN THE GEN. TAO AT CHI-CHEF.  NOTHING.


...Except the "LUNCH" that was advertised for 246707 years straight on the marquee outside Panda Paradise.
