That's it? Seriously? Kansas is such a f*cking poor ass state.

Not to sound jealous, bitter, or demeaning, but these facilities look very comparable to Iowa State's new practice facility, locker rooms, etc., just all is in one building instead of being a mile apart. I'm sorry, but putting a bunch of fancy murals on plaster and a few display cases doesn't impress me I guess. YES, they have had more success than Iowa State and their cases are more full than ours, OK much more full, but their new facilities serve the same purpose as Iowa State's new facilities, or future K-State facilities, or any other Big 12 team's facilities, present or future. I suppose Iowa State could put up some cheap murals all over our new facility with words like 'glory' or 'greatness' but I guess that just doesnt define who we are. I much prefer murals saying 'Cyclone Nation' or 'Hilton Magic' saluting the great fans of Iowa State, who stand behind the team through thick and thin, not gloating or bragging murals plastered to a wall.

save your breath man, they don't get it. ku fans are like that cousin at holidays that you are polite to and waste 45 minutes listening to how "awesome" there life is when all you said is "how's it goin" just trying to get a beer out of the fridge behind them.

Lol, sounds good. Most ku fans in Iowa are pretty reasonable. However, they don't like it when I tell them, "your program isn't elite when your coach 'upgrades' to a better school." It's a little pot-meet-kettle, but its still fun to bring Kansas down to ISU's (or KSU's, or whoever's) level. The fact that ku didn't win in Hilton Coliseum from 1984-1989 amazes me considering they won a National Title in that time. I apologize if that was, 'too long ago,' but I still take pride in my school's history. Iowa State has had their number quite a few times since then and I hope that trend can continue with improvements to the ISU bball program.
"No means no"

ISU's facility itself is on par with ku's, the biggest difference is that ku's is on campus as part of AFH. ISU's isn't. but that's a big difference and costs a lot more to do.

Where's the clipart??
-
That workout room looks like something that would be in the basement of a sorostitues house, not an "elite" D-I bb school. You make me laugh. And fart.
-
As far as Allen FH goes, it doesn't matter how many layers of carpet or parquet flooring you put on, it's still going to smell like piss.
-
Congratulations, uk, you just put a 55 million dollar dress on Rosie O'Donnell. Have fun &@#%ing that thing.
-
Hey, hey.....not so fast on that criticism of the Allen upgrade. It keeps the crips and bloods out of the women's volleyball facility, so hold your sharp language. I forget, is the bball team the crips, or the bloods?

It's so confusing because they all wear red and blue. :runaway:

It looks nice.
As someone who follows this stuff pretty closely. Just like with the various football complexes around the country . . . the basketball facilities are all starting to look about the same.
I just looked at the new basketball facilities that Indiana is building and Virginia Tech just opened. Really nice.
