They're in year 5 and can easily get rid of manbearpig and get a coach that's gonna help him....

We've got three years minimum....

we had a chance to get a coach that would help us.  Instead we've got a coach that doesn't realize there is a line between "bold and daring" and "smart and safe".  There are times when both are appropriate, unfortunately, we seem to have those confused.

Isn't this the same guy that renewed Mangino at a cool 1.5 mil?
