Title: WE LANDED ON THE MOON!

kind of a bummer for those who got up to try and witness it through their telescope. didn't see much. anxious to see the pics when they come out.

Sometimes I think we are wasting money with NASA. Bomb the moon? seriously?? Although i do realize some great products and research have come about because of NASA.

Sometimes I think we are wasting money with NASA. Bomb the moon? seriously?? Although i do realize some great products and research have come about because of NASA.

I think they were up to a little more than just shooting bombs at the moon....sciency stuff.

Yeah, but bombing the moon made my point clearer. Apparently they are looking for frozen H2O. That way inhabitants can get water and fuel from this. Ya know, when the Earth is too sh*tty to live on.
