"Complimented for coming to the charity event on the final day of permissible recruiting contacts, Self lightly corrected the speaker with a good-natured jibe in the presence of Kansas State coach Frank Martin, whom he had just greeted. 'Actually, yesterday was the last day of contacts,' he said lightly. 'Now, for Kansas State, maybe it was today.'"

Agree with the commentary.

I thought Coach Bumps was kind of funny there.

BTW Coach Bumps just walked past the Ellis family for a 9th time trying to find his son's court.

I'm surprised Seff would even talk to Frank given the race of Frank's wife.  My guess is that Seff doesn't approve of of her being in Frank's Master's Quarters.  Probably the reason for the uncalled for cheap shot.

Good to see the new mellow Frank.  Old Frank would have quietly snapped Self's neck like Wayne Brady did to the cop on Chappelle show.
