Title: Anyone else wish...
Post by: PoetWarrior on October 20, 2006, 12:43:12 PM
That we would run a formation something like this?

With all of the talk about the shotgun, I just find myself wanting to see 2 backs deep like this.

Just seems more dynamic and appealing. Also seems like it would fit in a "west coast offense".

Go down to the shovel pass play in the nebraska pass defense section.

Looks like Patton and Antonio Brown.

Huh, you're right.

And interesting that it would be Brown.

Worked like a charm.

Brown is one of those elusive H-backs that we are recruiting by the dozen, but actually use once every 3 games or so.

The only reason Thomas Clayton should ever see the field again is as a blocking back.  His ability to carry the ball is a f*ucking joke, maybe he could use some of those mussscles to block somebody.  Oh, that's right, he doesn't have any power either.

No, that formation doesn't do anything for me but neither do our current formations.

Goddam, we get it.  You don't like Thomas Clayton.

My apologies Rusty but I'm tired of people trying to make this guy out to be anything other than he really is.  Rant over.

I learned a long time ago to never confuse a hard-on in the pants with Love in the heart.

Now we know where you stand...not that there is anything wrong with that...
