I would want to booze too if I got run from, arguably, the greatest college basketball job in the world. 

Oh and this is clearly an attempt to get out of mandatory minimum for recidivist offender.

Isn't the third DUI a felony?  Does a dude go to prison for that?

He hasn't been sentenced for the third one yet.  He's just doing the rehab thing because a judge is going to order it anyway, at least this way he gets to attend the rehab of his choice.  Doesn't matter anyway, Kentucky recognizes the 4th DUI as a felony.
