Isn't the third DUI a felony? Does a dude go to prison for that?

He hasn't been sentenced for the third one yet. He's just doing the rehab thing because a judge is going to order it anyway, at least this way he gets to attend the rehab of his choice. Doesn't matter anyway, Kentucky recognizes the 4th DUI as a felony.
