It appears that they were all over that Borong Lie (Former K-State Student who had been banned from Campus) when he returned to campus . . . it appears that they were all over him like, dare I say it, like white on rice. Apparently the guy had made some threats against some people on campus.
As I read the story, it sounds like the administration, KSUPD and the RCPD deserve some praise for not F'ing around with this guy and getting all up in his grill. I've seen the guys picture and he looks a lot like the freak who went nuts at Va Tech.

Considering how difficult it would be to stop someone from entering a campus of that size, indeed, fine job. Was it a tip from students or were the cops the first to see him?
