Title: ku billboard on I-70 near Paxico got hit again

Pretty poor effort.  Looks like they just threw some paint up there.  It looks like they did it and then it rained....pretty washed out.

Sorry...no pics.....didn't have time to react and get the camera ready.

I bet it was Kellis trying to win us over and prove his EMAW.  Not shocking he failed miserably.

Could be Jeffy. Says he's out of town, but I have my suspicions. Motive and opportunity. Anyone see a stray orange truck on I-70?
