On the farm we had outside cats... mostly there to eat mice and then feed the cyotes so they will not be hungery enough to bother the sheep.

i've seen people with cats.  couldn't tell based on the interactions i witnessed if the cats were pets.

Daaaaris !

'clams loves cats.  Thanks for pushing him further away.   :curse:

Oh, and as a kid, we had some cats or rather they allowed us to have them.  Not since, though.

I have a cat and a dog at my house.

I like the cat, much less responsibility and it doesn't feel like I have a kid already, like the dog, where you have to feed it everyday and take it outside every 6 hours.  A cat is your friend that just hangs out when he feels like it, then goes back to the chair and stares at you and the tv (doesn't bother you much).

cat>dog

I like cats more than dogs also...

anyways

When I was like 3 or something I was told that I put one cat in the fridge and one in the dryer
I guess I said pepsi (name of cat 1) in the fridge and my mom was all "Ok"
Then she went to turn on the dryer and the cat was "Meaa;wlejfasdfj;alsdjoereiru"

Your welcome Mr.Daris?

My sister had a pet cat once, when she was like 5.  Named it "Brown Kitty".

Was blind, got ran over by a car.

In hs one of my friends had a retarded neighbor that shot his cat with a bow and arrow from about 40 yards away.  It was the most ridiculous thing ever.  Dude didn't even understand the concept of how to use a bow and arrow, basically shoots the arrow straight up in the air, it arcs over two massive front and one side yards, and 7 seconds later it came down and pinned their cat to the ground.  Right through the head...

brother had an outside cat when we were growing up. pure white named "angel". he used to hammer throw her around the yard by her tail. this cat was the toughest/meanest cat i have ever seen. it was only loyal to our family and our black lab, hissed at everything else but purred whenever around our family, also slept with the lab in the winter btw. it use to beat the crap out of our neighbors border collie to the point the dog would run away from her. in year 11 she goes missing for like 6 months. we wrote her off as dead. woke up one morning and she is laying in our garage, missing an entire ear, no furr / scar along one shoulder blade, and just looked like hell. she lives for 2 more years till i killed her, by accidently beaking her neck with the garage door. found her the next morning.

dogs are way better though.

True. When left like this I picture a Peter v. Chicken type battle of the century.  :sword:

In the winter we used to use our cats as bowling balls on the ice when the pond would freeze over.  Just grab a cat and slide it accross the ice then watch then try and walk back, quite entertaining.

Oh, and what is up with letting a cat crap inside your house?

I prefer cats. Dogs are more annoying. They always need attention and can't take care of themselves like cats can. Also, you don't grow emotionally attached to cats. When a cat gets run over, you just go get a new free cat. When a dog gets run over, the owners cry and mourn for a while before they can get a new one.

Cats are cool because they're so low maintenance but, outside of that, they're pretty lame.

No pets at all right now.  Had a dog for 17 years until we had to put her down in 2001.  Haven't been able to get another pet since then.

I don't poop in sand and then later have to scoop out and discard.  I have this cool thing called indoor plumbing.  It is pretty cool maybe you should try it.

I've never stepped in or gotten cat poop on me from the litter box. Can't say the same for dog crap in the backyard. Also, cats can be taught to use the toilet (I guess most of them are able to learn? Don't really know the process...), or so I've heard.

Cats love to poop in my kids sandbox and my wife made me scoop out all the sand and put in new.  Now we have a dog to keep those crapping bastards outta the kids sandbox.  If I catch any there a murder will happen.  So yes have stepped in cat crap.  My dog is trained to poop in 1 corner of the yard so if I don't walk there don't step in it.

Let's just settle this right now:
Dogs are for men, cats are for ladies and gheys.
