Title: K-State Powercat or Alumni license plate

I alway see them around and no matter where I am, when I drive by I think I'm going to know that person.  Anyone else?  :dunno: (ftp://:dunno:) I mean, I wasn't the most popular cat while in Manhattan but I still think I should know that person?  Never do though. :'( (ftp://:'()

Get really excited when I see a katz license plate ringer or bumper sticker in Omaha.  Have never seen the "official" ksu plate here though.  Like, always want to pull up next to them and give them a thumbs up or something.

thing is do you let it slide if they are driving/acting like an asshole?  had this occurrance a few times and am all  :confused: about how i should react.

in manhattan, no, total asshole.  anywhere else they could hit a mom pushing her toddler in a stroller and i wouldn't turn them in if they had an emaw license plate.
