Title: Anyone ever lived in a cumbucket? (A really crapty house or apartment)

KK's thread inspired this post. The house I lived in last year was pretty much a dump. The dishwasher plugged into the sink to run, there were wires running all over the place, my room mate got a dog when the lease clearly said no pets. The basement shower always had slugs crawling up the walls. Plus that bathroom looked like a scene out of the Saw movies.

The worst part of last year was when my room mate put some noodles down the sink, then they conveniently came up the drain in the shower in the basement bathroom. Not making this up folks.

Also, our house flooded the 2nd day we moved in (this was about a week before the 'ttan tornado) and our washer didn't work at the time.

So, what are your craphole living conditions stories?

first real big cold spell my soph year we caught 8-10 or so mice in a 2 week period. they pretty much ran around freely. actually got use to it after a while.
