Title: Question for crime sentencing guideline experts

Donte Stallworth killed a human while driving drunk and got 30 days.

Plaxico shot himself and is facing anywhere from 3 1/2 to 15 years.

my culture is driving drunk. my ancestors have been driving different methods of conveyance after drinking FAR LONGER than the African American community has been staging dog fights.
