Hopefully this is not a recent picture, as this looks like a thinned down Mangina.  It might be an optical illusion, but it would appear that he could actually touch his sides.  In some of the other photos he's got those t-rex arms.

When this game is over, skip the showers and head to the BBQ Pit. Order me the entire left side of the menu, with a liter of cola and save a seat for me and my wife.
