Never been. Have heard good things, so will go about three hours early to fully enjoy.
Not sure which terminal. Will be flying to KC, so feel free to guess which term. What should I do? Any elite places to people watch? Will I get a view of the mountains?
Need assistance. Tia.

DIA is on the opposite side of Denver so probably no Mountain watching. Very clean and good restaurants. I've always been to Concourse B. Enjoy!
-
very easy to get in/out of. traffic should not be an issue.

What airline will you be flying with?

Southwest.
Need more info here, people.

windowed restaurants. you can watch the planes takeoff while enjoying 4-6 (your pick) crispy chicken tenders.
and there is a gary barnett poster @ the "rockey mountain grill" (terminal C iirc)

I think SW is term C, but never used them out of DIA (I'm pretty faithful to Frontier.) If the weather is good the mountain view will be great. I really prefer to spend time in Main Terminal (Atrium) rather than the departing one if you have a lot of time to kill.

yes. they are delicious. buy a college football preview mag, order the strips w/diet coke (or beer, if that's your thing) enjoy the planes going on the runway and thank me later.
and like i said, check out the cu/barnett poster. you'll laugh.

Common saying: "If it ain't four hours, it ain't no layover"

even if clams and PW leave, I will always return to this site as long as fats is talkin' airport shop.

UPDATE
Fantastic. Did not have as long as I thought in Term C as I got on an earlier flight to KC. Plane was delayed due to weather (:woot:) for about an hour, so got to mosey around. Quick thoughts:
-Did not see the Gary Barnett poster at Rocky Mountain Grill. Very disappointed.
-Had a sandwich and coke in term C.
-Saw John Elway :chainsaw:
Feel free to ask any questions.
