Charter Communications
Yes, they are even worse than Cox. I've never had so much trouble with a company before. In as little words as possible here is why:
1. Internet didn't work since day one
2. Had guy come fix internet, couldn't fix it
3. Guy said he'd come back later to fix it, didn't come
4. Called to get another technician to come fix it, didn't come
5. Canceled internet service
6. Now cable TV has been out for 24 hours
This is all in a span of about 3 weeks. I lost probably $200 waiting around for these schmucks when I should have been at work.

Comcast
I switched to uverse like 2 months ago and I get a bill yesterday from comcast for 100 dollars. I called the 800 numbers and got a fracking bitch who wouldn't help and wasn't going to take the charge off who also at one point said "Don't laugh at me!". It was weird. My phone died right before I got really pissed and I called the Local number (which isn't published) and the dude says "just disregard that bill"
