somehow incorporate "emaw" into the everyday vocabulary of frank martin.   :thumbsup:

Stanbot:  Coach the guys came out hot and the defense was incredible.  What do you say to them at the half to keep this fire burning?

Frank:  Yeah, we stressed EMAW all week and it's paying off today.  We were getting the EMAW going earlier this week in practice and then things slipped a bit.  In the locker room before the game I told the guys that if we were going to jump out to a lead we were going to have to get EMAW and that's what we did.

Stanbot: Thanks Coach.

Frank: Thanks Stan.  EMAW.

Stanbot: Uhh.. EMAW... Coach.

Frank: Ya see stan, what we're trying to do here is incorporate EMAW into everything these guys do daily. Just look at Jakie-poo Pullen. Do you think two years ago he would have truly known the importance of accepting EMAW into his life? Absolutely not. But now, he's been through the process and EMAW's constantly. Now all these awesome freshmen are coming in with access to experienced older guys who can help them develop their EMAW, on and off the court.

I see this evolving into some sort of War Eagle deal, which would be awesome IMO.
