Title: Techies...I need help!

I have a DVDBUILDER file (or files?) that I want to convert into something emailable (Quicktime, etc.)
Is there any FREE way to do this that anyone knows of?

If you burn it to a DVD you can then use Handbreak (FREE) to convert it to quicktime MP4. I am sure there are other ways, but I am not familiar with DVDbuilder.

You could probably just zip it if you want to email it.

wtf is dvdbuilder? sounds awful.
