I think the only legitimate comparison is that both of them do, in fact, play basketball.  but i'm all for adding more players that don't really have a position.

Personally I think an even better comparo would be Scott Howard aka "Teen Wolf".

He was unstoppable as a wolf.  If I were him I would just "wolf out" 24/7 but have electolysis over my entire body...thus retaining my powers but not looking so gross.
