Well it isn't the third largest MSA in Kansas.

KCK, Wichita, Topeka and Lawrence are all bigger.  Manhattan is the 5th largest MSA (population wise) in Kansas.

KCK, Wichita, Topeka and Lawrence are all bigger.  Manhattan is the 5th largest MSA (population wise) in Kansas.

If you want to completely leave KC off a list of metro areas in the state because it's anchored in another state, feel free.  It's still an ass load of population, so it's kinda of hard to ignore entirely.

2006 was the most current population figures I could find and, at that point, Lawrence was in fact larger.  lol at me think thinking that 112k > 106k.  What a dumbass I am.
