Alternately titled: Can you believe that this guy is only a year and a half younger than Snyder?
Crazy on both accounts.

Broken link. My burst. I meant THIS GUY:

WTF?

I don't get it. :crybaby: :crybaby: :crybaby:

What's not to get? Snyder looks super old, George Clinton is only a year and a half younger than him, and he's still rocking funkateers every night.

George Clinton and the P-Funk Allstars are playing the Crossroads on Saturday. Anybody going? I just saw CAKE there last week. Pretty cool venue except for all of the pos KCMO trash that don't understand how to act decent.

Think of the people that you hate at concerts and then think of an entire venue of them. People that think it's acceptable to try to swim through the crowd as far to the front as they can even if all they are doing is pushing people backwards. Spilling beer on other people if they don't get their way. You're always going to have inconsiderate people at a concert obviously, but the ratio is usually like 1 inconsiderate to 10 considerate. At CAKE it was completely opposite. And it's CAKE. It's not like I went to a Metallica show and expected everyone there to be cordial.
The venue was also frustrating because there was one exit for everyone to leave through.

Sounds terrible (and not just because it was a Cake concert)

On second thought, it's more accurate to say that it was basically like the fans from a Chiefs game in the upperdeck were transplanted into the venue but with less camaraderie and cooperation.

I doubt you'll ever find anybody moshing at a Cake concert.

The performance was great. The people just sucked. Venue was ok.
I think a GWAR show would be fun as long as I didn't have to listen to GWAR.

WAKS. GO to George Clinton. Get close. Bring enhancement and a camera.
