Now there's the blind jealousy I expect from a uk fan.  How cute.  How far will Josh end up above uk's first draftee?

In all seriousness, how can Riviera, Mortenson, or Holt not be drafted?

I thought they were pretty good, no? I mean BMW couldn't shut his trap last summer about these three.

Guess it shows how much Mangino cares about his kids and the league. Pretty piss poor #'s since he got to Lawrence it seems.

Really wishing phog still had those ezboard forums so I could dig up some old posts exposing their extremely low fbiq.  (IE: Sparkles will get drafted higher than Freeman, Freeman will be lucky to even get a shot at the NFL, probably won't get drafted at all.)

I didn't (still don't) think Reesing would be drafted.  But I will openly admit that I never believed Josh would be a first rounder.  Frankly I still don't understand it.

To put that in perspective:  After Snyder's last two piss poor seasons, I count at least 7 players drafted. There may well be more, but I only did a quick glance at the list.

'05- Casey, Doty, Joe Rheem, Ced Williams, Mike Johnson.  (I have no idea who this Mike Johnson is, really can't remember him in the least.)
'06- Clary, Huntley.

Played center with the Colts.  Just can't place him for some reason.  We have had quite a few guys that I remember not being very good (or just didn't even play that much for us) that were drafted.  Johnson is the only one since like 1993 that I just cannot remember at all.   :dunno:

McMillan & Jones weren't Mangino recruits.

Terry Allen was better at getting players to the next level. Sad to think about it really.

Even Prince had three NFL players in three years in Manhattan. Mangino has four in seven. :shy:
