Construction is expected to cost $1.2B which may cause legislators to balk considering Kansas only has eight minus nine dollars.

When did I say that was a photoshop dipcrap? It's an official artist's rendering. :rolleyes: And U.S. military vessels don't have their name on them. Likewise with KSU Navy/CG ships.
