Lueken case to DA
The University of Kansas Public Safety Office’s investigation of an incident involving Kansas offensive tackle Ben Lueken has been passed along to the office of Douglas County District Attorney Charles Branson, ku police captain Schuyler Bailey told The Star on Wednesday.
Lueken was hospitalized with head injuries when he either was struck by or fell from the hood of an automobile around 2 a.m. on April 5, in the Jayhawker Towers parking lot. Lueken was released from the University of Kansas Hospital in Kansas City, Kan., last Thursday.
Bailey said it will be up to Branson’s office whether or not to press charges against the driver of the vehicle. Bailey said that a statement from Lueken was included in the report he gave to the district attorney.

And the loss of two scholarships! Men's tennis and Women's track. Lew's gonna go the tough love route to show he's intolerant of off court incidents. If any of Mangino's kids do anything else unflattering this offseason, Lew's gonna make Jabba personally fire the golf coach.

I thought this was all just a nasty rumor

The story is completely false. Just warning you guys so you don't get your hopes up.

Maybe he recently saw Teen Wolf and was inspired by the scene in which Stiles and Michael J. Fox car surf?
