I'm going to the store. I'm going to buy what I believe would be the best ingredients for a chicken burrito bowl. Any tips? Any thoughts? I know it won't be the same but if it's close I'll be very pleased. :angryMJ:

don't forget lots of salt

My chicken burrito includes: rice, black beans, hot salsa, corn salsa, sour cream, and cheese. Coke for the drink, and you're good to go.

Your ingredients are just fine but how the &@#% does that help him? You don't think he knows what he likes on his motherfranking burrito?
Kat Kid is really the guy to be posting here. Blowhards who think this thread is the place to name their favorite burrito toppings should STFU.

-- You should ask uMKC for your money back.

long jasmin rice, cook with veggie oil or butter (in emergency) and a LOT of kosher salt. I can't really give you ratios, but way more than you think of both. Also, if you have a rice cooker it will taste better because the rice will be a bit mushier/steam better/be more butter/oily. Stir in a little more kosher salt (taste first) and then chopped cilantro and lime/lemon juice (doesn't really matter).
For the chicken you will need a really vinegary/adobe/rub and marinate it overnight, make it pretty spicy and then just pretty much grill it. It needs to be way, way thicker than most marinades you are used to (especially if you use soy or worcestershire as a base) and it needs to be a paste. You can rub it in/wipe off the excess before you grill it. I'd just look at stuff you can buy, making your own rub is fools gold unless it is simple.
For the black beans, be sure to add tons of salt and some pepper.
The salsa's? SALT and then just chop up whatever fresh veggies. Pretty simple.
This may be doable. The cheese you won't get at all. It is like some weird kind of cheese. Probably have to go to the People's grocery to get it, it is like vegan cheese or something. Look on the website for crib notes.

I almost faxed in a chipotle order when you were working with special hidden messages but then chickened out :users:
