 :excited:

Those little Opening Round games in Manhattan a couple days early would be super cool.  (Fairfield had a top 100 RPI I think, Chattanooga not so much, but they made the 4-letter tourney).

Miss. St.  Could be a good game.  All 5 of their leading scorers should return.  Tech will have Favors.  Indiana will still suck.

two kids turn nobrainers into confusing conundrums. if i went alone wife would be  :curse: . if we both went we'd have to find a sitter for the second time in one month. i just turned down 2 free trips in may (chicago and vegas)  :frown:

my advice is to never have kids.

duly noted.  Key tip is to take wife on nice trips to expensive locales and just point at random stuff and say "man, that looks awesome.  Would never be able to have that if we had kids."

Or

"Man this steak and wine tastes terrific on this view of Lake Travis.  Too bad this would never happen if your belly was filled with fetus!"

I've never seen your kids.  I think they may be made up for lamo excuse giving times such as this.

Also, The San Juan Conrad (Hilton Honors ftw) has a legit casino and overlooks the Atlantic.

Srsly,  I am very, very close to pulling the trigger on going to this thing.  I will take my wife and leave the kids with grandparents.

Katpakr' vets who are similarly thinking of making the trip are encouraged to contact me about coordinating travel.

However, I have already be warned by my wife that I am only going to our games, and no others (She'll cave on this later) or face undesirable consequences.  I agreed after watching the Anthony Bordain Puerto Rico episode...I totally want to go eat at those filthy pork and beans joints.  I am going to rent a Jeep Wrangler and roll around that island like a &@#%ing pimp.  Oh, and I am definitely going to that place that invented the Pina Colada.

"Hard" 'cause of the cash and work vacation hours type stuff, or hard 'cause life personal issues and stuff?  Both are legit, IMO.  Just curious.
