So I went to New York City with some friends for spring break this year. I wore only K-State clothing for the entire trip as I do whenever I travel. While we were standing in line for the ferry to the Statue of Liberty an older man turned around, saw my KSU hat and asked if I was a K-State fan. When I told him I was, he told me that he was a Big XII ref from Dallas. He mentioned that he had been in Manhattan to ref some of our games last season. I jokingly told him that I was sorry for yelling anything rude or offensive to him and that I wsa just caught up in the game. He replied, "Oh, I'm sure that anything you said was not nearly as bad as the things that Ron Prince had to say to us." I laughed and said "really?" He said that Ron was one of the worst coaches to have to ref for because of the things he would say to refs. He agreed with me that Ron wsa way in over his head and that K-State is infinitely better without him.

Ha. The more stories I hear about Princess, the happier I am he's gone. Sucks to be Virginia.

Big 12 refs = shoe salesment
-Bill Snyder
One of the finest quotes I have ever heard from OBz and the closest I have ever heard to him coming out and saying that Big 12 refs suck arse.
-
I'm surprised a ref would just tell this to some random fan. LOL on Ron sucking and Big 12 refs having no problems telling random people who they don't like.

exc. post cat1444!

OBZ might say the same thing in a different light if they sold the Cortez. He's been very derogatory towards shoe salesment ever since they were discontinued.
