the strip area is kinda smelly so that offset the good looking folk.  on the bright side inside the casinos aren't smelly at all due to their kickass ventilation systems.

Just got home.  Was fun.  Flight delayed at Denver on the way home so we played the game of "do you think Frontier duplicates the animals or just has infinity different animals on those SOBs?"  So far no definitive proof that they have duplicates but I swear that bobcat has been at every airport I've ever been at.  We had a Sea Lion but I forget his name.  Free direct TV on the flight home as well since it was delayed.  Still just watched the flight tracker.  Also, I dominate at blackjack using completely absurd rules.  Like, I never hit anything that could possibly bust me (hard 12 or higher...no matter what the dealer has).  The smelly guy at the end of the table may be yelling because you are "ruining his hand with how stupid you are playing" or some s#it but you just tell him to GTFO of your face because you are getting ready to crash the Rain Man suite with your winnings.  I think the guy who wrote The Book or whatever they keep referencing forgot to carry a remainder or something.  Totally made the flight on the way there but the lady saw us coming and yelled at us to hurry because we almost missed it.  Mt. West tourney was in town and I hung out with a ton, TON, of Wyoming people.  Not as smelly as you would imagine them to be.  Just as polite as you would imagine as well.  a very + group overall.  I told every BYU shirt wearing person that they shouldn't be in Vegas and were almost certainly going to Mormon hell if they believe in that.  Overall, the Mt. West'ers were all super polite and fun people.  If we do end up in that conference at some point I will be pretty happy about it.  Saw about three groups of EMAWs there.  Didn't really hang out with them much because we were all pretty wiped out from Horns Downing as hard as we could all morning.

EDIT:  The sea lion's name was Sherman...just came to me.

EDIT2:  Denver tram not as efficient as Atlanta Tram because everyone exits on the same side that everyone gets on.  Hope the designer got in troubs.

Always thought that Buford was a good name for a sea lion.

Always thought that Buford was a good name for a sea lion.

It's a very good name but it doesn't start with an S like Sherman/Sea Lion so it misses the automatic one extra cuteness point.  Like, Sammy the Squirrel or Maurice the Moose.

No, they're all different.  Nearly every flight ends or begins in Denver and it would look pretty silly if two Rocky the Rams were staring back at each other.

Also the tram exits on the same side if you are going between concourses, but if you go all the way to the terminal you exit on the other side.

All of the EMAW I got left would disappear if we joined the MWC.

What do you think about City Center?  I saw a story today that Kirk Kerkorian might be willing to give away the Bellagio or MGM just to get it finished.

well, i love the denver jingles.

"terminal a. you are arrivng at terminal a" "[insert jingle here]  fatty =  :jacko:"

also, atlanta tram is more efficient because less used maybe? you can walk from termy to termy @ atl.

Yeah.  But, the Atlanta tram has a countdown so you know exactly how many seconds until the tram arrives.  That way, you know when to get excited.  All the tram noobs pile up at the first few entrances.  steve and mrs. dave follow the pilots and flying elites to the very last row and just :gocho: back at the herd.

I think you were in the wrong place or something... Or possibly they were having maintenance issues. Was just there again last night and can verify that the doors for the departing passengers open prior to the doors for those who are getting on, ushering the herd out/in the proper doors. :P

I think it was explained above.  We did not go to baggage claim but just between concourse A & B.

Is it the same one that plays when the tram is arriving for you to get on?  I think they might be different, iirc.  I remember their being a guitar riff that sounds a bit like the sportscenter jingle end when you were waiting to get on the tram.  Blew my mind and watched the TSA next to me to see their reaction, they didnt seem to appreciate it anymore.

It sounds like the intro bass line to a Johnny Cash song.
