Title: Can I put the :dunno: smiley in a PowerPoint?

I want to put this guy in a PowerPoint -- :dunno:

Is that possible?  Help a computardo out.

Edit: I got the image in, but he doesn't shrug.  Do I have to save it as some sort of animated file or something?

Save to hard drive -> Insert Image

only shrugs when you view the powerpoint

Another question along similar lines....is there a way to import additional emoticons into Microsoft Communicator?  We use that at work alot and a few of the emoticons to choose from there are the same as some I've seen on here.  The lame ones like  :nerd: and  :grin:, etc, but obviously none of the cool ones like  :flush:

If I could start messaging people at work and stick a  :flush: I think that would really improve productivity
