I mean I understand demographics, but seems unlikely that Arab and African-Americans will make gains in an 8 year time frame.  Perhaps Obama stays in office longer?  Just doesn't seem plausible.   :dunno:

That's assuming you pay $100 down.  I'm thinking of going with an 80-20 to keep from having to put anything down.  Maybe an ARM would be good here.
