he got lucky on a hire. or maybe the writer is trying to make the story more interesting by acting like robinson didn't realize he was getting a good recruiter.

west coast people are like that, i guess. i like it there. it's like manhattan (well, it's actually smaller and more compact) but you are 60 miles from the ocena, and 60 miles from the mountain, and 80 miles from portland. i
