Anyway, it is because the roads are rarely cleared when there is snow where as most snowy places are used to it enough or have enough quantity of it that they have better services.

Went to Colorado shortly after a snow storm moved through Denver, you think Kanas is bad....jfc. There was a mazda mpv mini van, tagged Colorado trying to get up a mountain sidedways. How the &@#% do yo live there and not buy a car with a differenital at least!
