I found this part most interesting:
Other benefits for club members would include easier access to University of Kansas football recruits for the purpose of arranging cash payments, honorary membership in the "ku Godfathers Club" (made famous by Wilt Chamberlain's 1985 confession to the NY Times), and the ability to "guest proctor" exams taken by prospective student athletes for the purpose of gaining eligibility.

Very elite, HeyZeus.

Excellent find JS . . . surprised they didn't also mention the "girlfriend money laundering scheme" that they love at ku.

the university introduced “Touchdown Club Seating” prior to the ’08 season — a luxury seating section in the south end zone of Memorial Stadium where fans were able to watch Kansas home games from the comfort of a recliner or bar stool.
I'd rather stand!

Dax, what led you down this path of hatred?
We're here for you, bro. Never forget.

Retread . . .

You guys could have all that too if you just learned to cheat better.

Watching K-State try to pull itself out of the massive financial/administrative hole they've spent the last five years digging for themselves will be pretty entertaining.
Actually it has been already.

You're a fool to hope they do this. It'll be another new source of $ they haven't realized in the past, similar to their annual MU game at Arrowhead.

Excellent sum-up of dax. He will now inundate you with an entire thread shrilly denying that ku did not in fact have its head up its a$$ in the 1990s.

KansasForeverTard . . . .could you please point me to some factual information which describes K-State athletics "massive financial hole".
6th Request.
But yeah, since ku didn't have a gridiron club in the 1990's it was quite clear that ku football was nothing more than a club team that didn't even hand out scholarships.

Is the Wagnon the same Wagnon from T-town (Mayor or State legislator?)?
If so, funny that her son chose to go to FHSU. Used to live down the street from them in Topuka.

dear god, did anyone else have an ad for losing weight and some fat chick on a scale when they opened that up :blindfold:

Probably too intimidated by the big-time campus atmosphere on the Oread. Needed a little more social sandbagging.
