What a loser! Actually, I know a d00d that got a DUI cause he pulled into the Riley County PD and ran over a sign. Cop came out to see what happened and he told said cop, "You got me". Wonder if they're related?

Why the hell was he parked outside of the police station anyways?  Maybe he was there to see/bond out Lopina.
