Title: Ian Campbell -- draftee?
Post by: Ghost of Stan Parrish on February 24, 2009, 02:52:03 PM
Think Ian will be drafted?  This website (nfldraftscout.com) predicts he'll be picked up in the 7th round.  I could see that.

http://www.nfldraftscout.com/ratings/dsprofile.php?pyid=33104&draftyear=2009&genpos=DE (http://www.nfldraftscout.com/ratings/dsprofile.php?pyid=33104&draftyear=2009&genpos=DE)

Campbell was second in the 3-cone drill and 20-yard shuttle at the NFL Combine.

Anyway, would be nice for :kstatriot: if it happens.

FWIW. I'd much rather have Ian drafted then Josh.

Hell, I'm just showing off my kstatriotism....

Let the Chiefs pick him up in the late rounds, and have him turn out to be a stud.  Sounds of Jared Allen anyone?

Why didn't he run the 40? Also does anyone know the # of benches he put up?  I'm thinking he's too small for the line and too slow to be an NFL LB.  Who knows though? He's a great guy I hope the best for him.

I wouldn't be surprised if he had a better NFL career than Josh.
