Title: Prince = Matt Doherty?

Remember when Doherty was hired at UNC and tried to change it around so much to separate himself from Dean Smith?  He started alienating players, fans, and others.  Is Prince heading down this road?

Prince needs to become National Coach of the Year first, as Doherty did at UNC in his first year.

yea was dohertey was left with some talent, unlike Prince.  Oh, wait, didn't Bill say he left something in the cupboard for the next coach?  Maybe prince will skip the coach of the year thing, and go straight to alienating everyone related to the program

doherty replaced guthridge (ksu), not dean.

yea i know matt didn't follow dean, but he still went a long way to separate himself from smith

prince needs to bring in a #1 recruiting class for this to work too.

LOL.  I remember thinking about getting excited when I heard he was spotted in the union in 2005.  Luckily, I decided against it.
