Title: elite status - a thought
Post by: ksudrew on February 22, 2009, 05:31:54 PM
so a clone fan was telling me b4 yesterday's game that nike considers them an "elite" school in football (had to cough to cover a  ), but not basketball - said nike tailored their new football uni's to their cardinal and gold colors, but gave them the closest colors they had ('sota maroon and gold) for basketball

got me to thinking, as an "elite" school, we've got
a sister school in dook  :skillz:
a rival we dominate  :hornsdown
a red headed step school down the road in larryville monitoring our every move  :ku:

maybe we should make isu our foster school?

they already look up to us  & they're gonna go through 6 years of 'dermot, like we went through 6 years of wooly - prolly in a good position to counsel them and give them hope like a foster parent would . . .

think?

Elite good, or elite bad. You didn't specify.

Yeah, that conversation at Nike probably went something like this.

Ed:  Damnit, Coach Carroll didn't like the new uniforms. We need to come up with another design.

Bill:  What do we do with all these unis though, we already had them made.

Ed:  Hold on, I'll call the Clones and tell them they are elite uniforms for an elite football school.  I think it will work.

If by foster parent you mean to bitch-slap them everytime they do something wrong or right, hide them in the closet for a couple of years and tell everyone that their not your real child? Then yes.

I'm just starting to get to confused by who's my sister/step/foster school.  Anyway, there are many more school's that would be more worthy.  :whistle1: (ftp://:whistle1:)

ksudrew i haven't been on this sight for long, but i can for sure say that you are by far the biggest loser...posts like that are comical and absolutely pathetic...the only reason you are somewhat sympathetic to isu is because they are the kstate of iowa...UI is by far the superior school in iowa, very much like ku in the state of kansas

1) Does Texas know that you guys are rivals?

2) When did Duke become a "sister school"? Was it because they get whooped up at home every year by another in-state school?

Believe me, Texas is well aware of our incredible rivalry.  Hell, they haven't been able to walk straight in like 3 years.

sorry, didn't mean to open old wounds with the foster child talk.  when did they throw give you back?  :bitchslap:  have you tried counciling?

if it makes you feel better, please stay at ksufans as long as you're looking for a new home.  but keep in mind you're better seen, not heard :lurk:

get it?    counciling is to counseling what sight is to site?  my way of trying to relate to someone less fortunate

Dunno, their academic rankings are way above yours.

I assume you're using US New's ranking kuValidatorForever . . .  weed out all the private schools, and there's not that much difference in the rankings between ku, ISU and K-State.

Has anyone seen moosetardsquawk, kuValidatorForever, and Bentard in the same room at the same time??
