3 point shooting is the obvious answer. Dramatic increase of 15% shows that when we shoot it well behind the arc we win. When we don't, we don't have enough firepower inside to score enough points to win.
Opp FG% is also dramatically different though. Playing better defense and not turning the ball over are important factors, just not the biggest IMO.

This is one of the biggest factors IMO. Can't beat someone when they are scoring on our turnovers. But shooting higher % is always great. It's just easier/more fun to watch when all of these things are clicking.

Moving DK into a position that limits his decision making. He's reduced his turnovers and gained confidence on offense.

The ball movement on the offensive end has been huge. Also, the lack of complete panic in half court sets is another important key to the turnaround.

They did a great job taking care of the ball against BU. Better than any conference game but Iowa State, actually.

25 TO's against Neb. has been the outlier. Every other conf. game has been between 10 and 20.

OU was really bad, too. Every other game has been very good.

I wouldn't pick just one, more realistic to rank in order.
1. Defense.
2. Perimeter shooting.
3. Continuing to be one of the best offensive rebounding teams in the country.
The single biggest trend was playing better defense, outside the CU game. We really didn't play well vs CU, but managed the win which got things going. But the efficiency on defense and eFG% the last 4 games has been solid.
Then we have shot the ball. But really, overall (outside of NU and OU) we haven't had much better offensive numbers. But, shooting better from the perimeter doesn't completely show up in there.
But in addition to these 2 major improvements, the fact that this team flat gets after the offensive glass is huge. We aren't a pretty offensive team overall and won't be, but getting those extra possessions b/c of how we hit the offensive glass gives us a bit more room for error. Absolutely huge part of the success for this team; granted not enough on its own, but still can't be discounted.
