That's too bad. 

I am an LG lean right now, it seems some of that traditional Zenith great color has rubbed off on them.

Sony . . . .  :flush:   Wow have they fallen.  Can't hardly stand to look at a Sony anymore.

sony makes the best LCD's on the market.  If you're wanting a Pioneer you can pick up a 50" Pioneer kuro from Costco right now for $1999 (incredible price).

I have a Toshiba and a Vizeo, my brother has an LG, my best friend has a Sony, my parents have a Samsung.  They all look about the same imo. :dunno:

There are only like 3 LCD manufacturers, so there's not a whole lot of differences. Most people only notice when they're crapty (Sceptre for example). Tuners almost make more of a difference.
