QB - Matt Cassel or Byron Leftwich
LB - Karlos Dansby
DE - Julius Peppers

We have $37 million to spend. Also.....

Larry Johnson going to the Patriots?
Tony Gonzales to the Giants? Packers? Bills?

TGon is going to stay with the Chiefs.  My guess is they will go into the fall with Thigpen as the #1, so they basically have to have Gonzalez.   :angryMJ:

Now with Haley maybe if the rift between him and Boldin wasn't that big of a deal, then we can land Anquan. 


But we need defense first and foremost.

I heard about Cassel having the franchise tag slapped on him, so if he signs with another team it will cost them 2 first round picks.  Cassel played pretty well last year but 2 first rounders sounds pretty steep.
