It would be ridiculous if he got charged for this..who cares if he likes to take a couple hits from the bong..doesn't stop  him from breaking gold medal records..let the man be

Not to mention how could they possibly prove what was in the bong, and if the bong was his ???

oh yeah, and there is the fact marijuana shouldn't be illegal, but too many idiots to understand

Hopefully this ends up in a DA getting fired.  No judge in this country would do anything but laugh it out of court, then verbally assault anyone involved in wasting their time.

I agree. It's amazing what some people "believe"

Like underage drinking...what a load of horse crap that cost me a lot of money
