I know Martinites drone on about talent all the time, but experience makes crappy talent better. Not sure how much. Interesting, though.

Yes, they stand out the most. Seems strange. Maybe they have a bunch of junior and senior walk ons?
UT and BU seem slightly disappointing on the exp*talent scale, but not as much as OSU.

i think pomeroy actually does weight his exp. by minutes played. not positive, but think so.

having senior and soph mcdonald's aas to go with a junior 5 star and a senior 4 star makes it look like you should be a better team, correct.
