Title: OT: paper or plastic?

just moved and was wondering what was the better option?  i don't recycle much fwiw.

they still offer paper?

the moms used to always go paper, but more of a plastic man myself... make great trash bags.

QFT.  plus you can put as many as you can handle on each arm and waddle yourself into the house instead of the 2-3 bag limit you get with paper.  although you don't have to worry about your stuff falling out of the paper bags on your drive home that you do with plastic.

QFT i love the heavy armed waddle. makes me feel like i'm working out for about 30 feet.

My wife has 3 of these canvas bags she takes to the groc. every time.

Why is there always lettuce and a loaf of bread sticking out of the top grocery bags?  The bread I can maybe see, but who is buying this much fracking lettuce?  Always has bothered me.

we use bags from ikea made from tarp-like material.  It's freakin' awesome.
