talked to my mom in gc and there was snow, maybe it is just in southern kansas.

but really, F you guys.  Took me 45 minutes to get home tonight, usually takes 10.

Its suppose to overnight and morning i think. Parents have a little back home in Lyon County

they been calling for snow here in KC since Friday night and nuttin', pissing me off  :curse:

Brother lives in OKC.  Tried calling him to get assesment of the ice situation.  Couldn't get through.  Maybe they had a Godzilla or something that knocked out the communication :dunno:

I'm still suffering bouts of PTSD from the ice storm that hit Manhattan a little over a year ago

How many dead in the cf0506 household from that SOB.  Heard the total body count in Manhattan from that sucker almost eclipsed 0.

Nothing beats the ice storm in southern kansas in 2002. Out of power for 7 days. Had to get a hotel room to watch the Pat's upset the Rams.

pfffft... if it doesn't require me to get called in to work then it never happened.  hell, i was eating down off of 39th street during that and by the time i got home (northland) there wasn't crap on the ground up here.

About 25,000 are without power.  If I see a d00d wearing a visor and/or a shell necklace, I will ask him if he's part of the Dave family.
