Title: Situational Calls
Post by: CatsNChiefs on January 24, 2009, 07:26:21 PM
What's the deal?

Browns legs taken out on a two on none break, no flagrant.

Fouled the three point shooter on purpose but no call and he hits to tie the game.

Pullen drives and gets a blocking foul and a hack and no call.

My kool aid level is super high right now but "let 'em play" because the game is  on the line is getting irritating.

After Brown's whiff on defense @ the end of reg. it wasn't even close to a foul he got like a bunch of air

  didn't see that.  are you talking about end of reg.?  there was like 10 seconds left.  no attempt to int. foul there.  brown was just playing mind numbingly stupid defense w/ a 3 pt lead.

makes sense now but seriously fred, there are better ways to ensure a foul than the reacharound slap.  that's a high school move.

My CU buddy saw Brown in warmups and said "that guy is awful--I hope he shoots all night long."  Well he got his wish.

So what was the deal with the travel at the end.  Looked like he got hammered and fell down.
