Some people receive all the talent and all the opportunities... and have not one clue what to do with them. Some can handle it. Some can't. We've had a few pass through K-State over the years. TO has everything going for him, and look what he's done with his life, thusfar. I wonder if the guy has ANY TRUE 'friends.' Or if his driven them all away... :frown:

I think it's obvious that he has confidence issues.

I've always felt bad for him. Everybody dumps on him for all the stupid stuff he does. I'm not saying he's a saint but.....What is his "crime"? He talks too much. Name a famous WR who doesn't (besides Marvin Harrison). I hear about how bad a teammate he is. They say he's bad inside the locker room. Well the last time I checked.....Games aren't won in the locker room.....They're won on the field and on the field he's one of, if not THE, the best WR's in the league.
Come on.....Cut the guy a break.

I'll cut the guy a break when he stops doing things silly enough to continue to make the front page of espn.com every day. Oh, how I hate hearing about that man.

Feel bad for him? Cut him a break? The guy has the world at his feet. Everyone wants to like the stud player, all he needs to do is not be an ass and everyone would love him and they would still recognize that he has mad game. Tell him to just enjoy the talent god gave him and enjoy life and many of his problems (self imposed) will melt into the sunset.

Umm....depression isn't a self-imposed problem.
Lying/creating a constant media circus around yourself and then having something like this happen is though.
The cult of attention that celebrity holds in our society is disturbing none-the-less.
I think I just landed a logical triple-axle. :dancin:

Don't feel bad for him, remember "TO has 25 million reasons for us not to feel sorry for him."
what a joke his dumbass publicist was, 25 million reasons to be alive, not that the fact he has a son would be one of those reasons.
hey, lil kim :ustupid: :ustupid: :ustupid:

Is he dead yet?

Jerry Rice, Tim Brown, Steve Largent, Cris Carter, Lynn Swan or am i just supposed to talk about the prima donna's that play currently? the NFL sucks now. period.

I guess we overlooked the fact that it's the #1 sport in America right now.
