Title: Drinks that aren't Everclear
Post by: Pike on January 12, 2009, 10:32:38 PM
I have no problem with Everclear, but I must say I'm a huge fan of not drinking it.

When I'm here in 'ttan I am a huge fan of:

Rum and coke

When I go back to Joco I drink whatever my parents have...these are usually in stock in the garage fridge:

used to drink 'ade on the weekends, water during the week.  quit the 'ade b/c of the h.f. corn syrup and now just do water, milk, or oj.  my next switch will be off of regular milk to hormone free, organic.

Jager and Absinthe? Jager is awful, had absinthe just once and I couldn't see the point in drinking it other than to get absurdly hammered.

Have had raspberry Lambic and I agree with Saul, might as well just drink V8 or something.

Good beer is pretty much what I prefer compared to anything else.

It's a summer thing.  I'm usually a fan of ales, stouts, bitters & the like but when it hits like 110 lighter stuff begins to taste better.

True.  And it's not like the artist's inspiration is exactly a mystery:

Vodka.

If you can't see clean through it, it's not worth drinking.

I get the general feeling that a lot of the people on this board talk big during the day but secretly lay away at night dreaming about butt pirates.
