Wednesday was god awful, but today is murder

My office closed all last week, so I'm trying to remember that when everybody else I know is off today.

fracking today.
Half my software isn't working because all the "licenses" ran out on Dec. 31.
They're all fracking paid too!
Spent half my day on the phone...the other half downloading and installing patches.

yeah, we get to wear jeans today, and I was walking by this dude's desk, and he was like, Hey?  We get to wear jeans today?  And I said, umm, yeah it's friday.  and he was like HOLY crap I thought it was tuesday!

Today was a "work day" for my school.  Which thankfully for my union means we don't have to show up.
