Take whichever of those three teams last appeared in the CCG out of contention. Then take the other 2 teams and take whoever won head to head. Go on to the next level of tiebreakers should 2 of the teams not have made the CCG--but this scenario would only happen right now if those teams were Baylor/Tech or ku/ISU since every other team has been to at least one CCG. This allows it to be settled on the field.
Under this scenario, blow u would be eliminated because they represented the south last year. Tech would get the nod because they beat texas.
There is some precedent for this kind of tiebreaker. The big televen has had a scenario that if there is a tie, the team representing the conference in the Rose Bowl is the one who hasn't been there the longest time. When Iowa went with Brad Banks in '02(?), that's how they got in IIRC.

So you want to penalize a team that sustains good teams year after year? This plan is worse than the playoff plan that somebody posted this weekend

Possibly the worst idea for a tiebreaker I have ever heard. Pretty sure the goal of the CCG is to decide the best team in the conference this year, not to hand out charity to teams that haven't been good lately. Hell, Baylor has never represented the south, lets give them a shot!
-
Not really a charity when its a team that has earned a share of its division crown. Besides, we're talking longshot scenario that just happened this year and would likely not happen again for a long time.
A charity is giving it to a team because some computer said so on the subjectiveness of voters. How many times did ku get a vote because some dumbass writer was too stupid to know the difference between KSU and ku? One vote being screwed up would certainly have made a big difference in how it has turned out. Should the single writer that said "Oopsie! Thilly me!" on this one week really be allowed to make a difference? How about some nerd in a computer lab and his formula which isn't open to public scrutiny? How do we know $ aren't playing a role in that. Might as well play rock paper scissors. It would be better than an outside poll.

That team from Austin whose mascot is a uterus really needs to stop whining. The BCS should be abolished but it chose the right team for the Big XII CCG this time.

Don't tell me that you're one of those commies who's against keeping score because that implies there will be a winner and loser? Hate it when they keep score ....

Keeping score is good. Comparing scores is another entirely different thing. It's a slippery slope once you start comparing scores. Way too many factors change from game to game for score comparison to be of much use. At least with the polls, it's knowledgable people watching the games and basing their rankings on team performance. Neither way is great, I just hate the use of numbers to try and decide which team is better. Guess that's why they actually play the games, instead of just simming the games on X-Box or something.

It is :bs: imo.
