Echols should start.

If bringing Echols off the bench helps him to play as well as he's been playing, I'm all for not starting him.
Echols better be in on all critical short yardage situations though.

Seiler's problem was that he was playing defensive end and you need speed on the ends. For DT, you need to be able to use leverage to push and Seiler is now being used effectively.
He's strong and gets low and twists well to get past the blockers. He's got great technique.
What has made him valuable is that Raheem knows how to use him. Notice how they rotate the DT's and DE's around in different situations. Seiler can penetrate well. We may end up with a great front four before the year ends.
